All employees of Black ‘n’ Tan will be dressed in matching uniforms and arrive at the work site in marked company work vans so that they everyone will know who they are which will help maintain security of the building and peace of mind for all the tenants. When we are working on a project on the interior of the building, we use only the best low- odor paints ensuring that no one will be put out by the often irritating smell of fresh paint fumes. On every project, we employ a supervisor to ensure that we leave the project sight clean and orderly. Our supervisors also dispose of all hazardous materials in the proper, environmentally friendly manner. Finally, it is our supervisors role to make sure that the project is completed in the most superior fashion, from beginning to the end.
