Q : Will you match the paint colors I currently have ?
A : Yes we can, with few exceptions. We have the ability to closely match your homes current paint color.
Q : Are you an insured company ?
A : We are covered by General Liability insurance and provide Workers Compensation Insurance to all our employees.
Q : Does your company use UV protected paint ?
A : Our company uses either Dunn Edwards or Sherwin Williams paint, each of which provide UV protection.
Q : Will you show up on time or is it a 6 hour window like cable installation ?
A : We use FreshShifts to schedule our workers, and all of our scheduling information is available at our login area here. If we have any scheduling updates to send to you, you will automatically be sent an email or SMS letting you know what has changed. You can expect us to show up when we say we will, work as long as we said we would, and be out of your hair before you know it.
Q : What steps will you take to protect my furniture while you are painting ?
A : We will always protect your furniture by moving it to the center of the project room and completely covering it in protective plastic. We ensure that the floors will be untouched by covering them with large canvass cloths.
Q : Is it important that paint provide UV protection ?
A : Absolutely, as UV protection will ensure that the paint will maintain its vibrant color for the longest time possible. Over time, sun and water will attack the paint and cause it to fade.
